Terms & Conditions:

• We’re happy to share about the Return/Exchange policy offered to our customers. With this option, if you don’t like the product or if there is any issue like (wrong size, damaged product, wrong product) you will have the option of requesting the return /exchange request within 7 days from product delivery.
• A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for the return of items.
• In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 7 days of delivery.
• Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
• In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
• In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
• The exchange of an item due to size is only possible once, and returns are not applicable on products exchanged once.

*Credit Note/Gift Card: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use a Carla Braga Credit Note: 

• Credit Note / Gift Card can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
• On the checkout page you have to apply for credit note/gift card by clicking on the ‘PAY VIA GIFT CARD’ button.
• You will be redirected to a new checkout page , where you can put the Code at the Discount code or Gift Card area and press apply.
• The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
• The validity of the credit note is 6 months.
• Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.
